The Story Album Co. provides customized photo album design and printing services based on customer-submitted content.

Each product is made-to-order and fully personalized.

2. Order Process

• Customers must provide accurate information and high-quality images.
• Orders will only proceed after confirmation and payment.
• For Custom Albums, design approval is required before printing.

3. Production Timeline

• Self-Design Albums: Approximately 5 working days after order confirmation.
• Custom Albums: Timeline includes design, approval, and production stages.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics partners.

4. Third-Party Printing & Shipping

We may use third-party printing and logistics providers to fulfill orders.

We ensure careful handling of all files; however, delivery and handling risks during transit are subject to the terms of the shipping provider.

5. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their photos. By submitting content, customers grant us limited rights to use the content solely for album creation and production.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our responsibility is limited to the replacement or correction of verified defective products as per our replacement policy.

7. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate our guidelines or appear inappropriate.
